What exactly are 'felties' and how can I use them?
Felties are small, embroidered felt accents used for a variety of DIY projects. They are perfect for hair bows, badge reels, scrapbooking, paperclips, and other creative crafts.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Our current processing time is 3-5 business days. Once shipped, domestic orders typically arrive within 2-7 business days depending on the shipping method selected at checkout.
Do you offer custom designs or color changes?
We love custom orders! If you need a specific color combination or a unique design not listed in the shop, please contact us via our contact form to discuss a custom listing.
What is your return policy?
Due to the handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, if there is an error with your order or a quality issue, please reach out within 48 hours of delivery so we can make it right.
Can I combine multiple orders to save on shipping?
If you place multiple orders before your first order has shipped, please message us immediately. We will do our best to combine them and refund any shipping overages.
Are the felties sent uncut or pre-cut?
To provide you with the best value, most of our felties are sent 'uncut' with a small border of felt around the embroidery. They are very easy to trim with a sharp pair of craft scissors.
